I didn't really know where I wanted to travel. I told the online agent that I was interested in going to Europe, but not on a rushed Contiki-style tour of seeing "all of Europe in 20 days"- I wanted to spend a good amount of time to properly see the cities I was visiting. She suggested looking into the itinerary for "The best of Eastern Europe" and I instantly loved it! She had heard very positive reviews, so I was in; I didn't even have to think twice. Ever since I discovered Tour Radar last year, I've been booking all my travels with them- the agents are very helpful!

Walls & ceilings are made of paper. I could actually hear the next room opening the zip on their suitcase. Breakfast was not good and they don't have a restaurant or serve food in the bar Vencedor per their website. Avoid avoid, avoid. The food was disgusting not much choice at all kids wasnt impressed at all and was very cheap when I did eat I felt sick, someone had told us last year alot of people got food poison eating from there, we ended up going next door most times to eat at Emporium or Pitstop which was nice food. Only good thing about that hotel is the staff in jewellery shop they were so nice and friendly and the cleaners were lovely to me. I wish I had paid a bit extra to stay at green nature resort and spa was which was next door they had so much more stuff to do in day and night and they had so many snacks at anytime. I could just go on about Pineta hotel but just be warned. Stell Overall, it was a nice hotel. Food was quite bland in taste, for me, but my Turkish bf liked it.

The only minus was the noise and dust coming from the hotel demolition next door which affected our sleep on few occasions. Craig Taylor Hotel is very nice and clean staff are very friendly especially muattar from guest relations who is always happy to help with a smile on her face. Food is good lots of options even for a fussy eater and the snack bar is Very good with freshly cooked pizza being a plus. Overall very happy with my stay and would recommend to others. The vibe was lovely, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Daily cleaning and offer you drinks and bottled water throughout the day in your room. You can also call 000 and they deliver drinks and ice to your room. It's a huge clean place! We had 6 rooms booked in total for 18 people (including young children) very accommodating. They carry your luggage to and from your room on arrival and check out. Just don't lose your room card they charge you, but it's fair to be honest. mati We did not have huge expectations for the price we paid, especially after reading some reviews here. We were pleasantly surprised. We received a free upgrade upon check in from standard to deluxe room and the whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The only minus is that the AC and shower smelled like sewer sometimes. The housekeeping is very attentive however our housekeeper relied mostly on tips: small tip - swans from bed sheets and fully refilled fridge, no tip - just the change of towels. There are a lot of amenities in the hotel, we were not bored. The food is okay, holiday deals do not expect much, although we were surprised that every day there was something new. The drinks are okay, perfect to get tipsy but we found that they serve better drinks at Titanic Palace. The staff is friendly although sometimes too intrusive, especially to girls. Overall, it was a great holiday experience but better not to have expectations for something luxury. Also, I recommend booking any excursions through GetYourGuide, it’s way cheaper than through the hotel or travel agency.
